  The "Why"... Management quantifies the value proposition realized by moving from the existing healthcare system to the proposed solution.

The "Who"... Put in place Governance to define and a Coalition to refine the answers to who is impacted and how different organizations or roles perceive that impact!

The "How"... How do the employees view these changes in the context of the current culture? How is this change aligned with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values?

The "What": All ideas can be better understood and accepted when framed in the context of a story.  The Master Narrative is the guideline for all involved parties in communicating change!

The "How":   Process is the key to reducing the time needed to get the plan up and running smoothly. Coordination among partner companies is also the foundation for effective, targeted, concise communications.

The "When": The communication strategy must be planned and formalized, minimizing the negative impact of ad hoc, inaccurate information. Bi-directional transparency is critical to getting employee buy-in.

In the initial months after "Go Live," a series of decisions are made that end up in the final version of your Health Plan. Included with these need to be protocols, processes, and workflows that will simplify everything moving forward!
